[A long, slow, intake of breath.]

Someone has been in my room. ARTHUR...who has done it? Who has been there? What have you done? What kind of warden are you? Aren't you supposed to stop this kind of stuff?

[Another pause before the sound of a crash.]

[ooc: No, nothing's been taken. Pollux just thinks it is and is having a minor paranoid flip out because he's stressed out, and hasn't been taking his medications.]]

[Long...long...LONG pause.]

[waits ever so patiently :3]

[after a few minutes he's knocking at Pollux's door!

[Pollux answered the door quickly, looking a mess. His room was no better. He had turned over everything, paced the room, threw things off of his desk. There were papers everywhere, and a bookshelf that had fallen to the ground. The man himself was disheveled, as usual, with the same shirt he slept in as well as only one shoe. He was not faring well on his own.]

I'm...better now.

[Brian tilts his head, holding back a laugh-] Really? You don't look it.

[Pollux shrugged slightly, walking over to a chair and sitting in it carefully.]

Shut the door and lock it.

[He nodded, complying quickly, before moving closer to where Pollux sat]

Did you find it? [Brian asked softly, taking in the overturned room - and found himself staring at his Starling's lack of a right shoe.]

Yes. I did.

[He ran his fingers through his hair and looked around his room, glancing down only to pick up a few papers and shove them hurriedly in a desk drawer.]

[sighing, he hesitated before moving to sit on the couch] Glad to hear it. Have you eaten yet today?

[Pollux shrugged. He honestly could not remember what he had been doing all morning. He knew that he had been upset about the box, but the box had always been there...hadn't it? No, he couldn't think about it or he would go insane. Instead, he walked over to the door and checked to make sure it was locked.]

I don't know. I'm not hungry.
